Instructions:
- Put the tea bag in your favourite cup (approx. 250 ml).
- Pour boiling water (100 °C) over the tea bag.
- Leave to infuse for a good 15 minutes. Do not rush to get all the herbal effects.
- Take out the tea bag, relax and enjoy your tea!
